The 19th Heads of State and Government Summit of the Group of 20 (G20) will take place in November 2024 in Rio de Janeiro, marking Brazil's first term as the G20 rotating presidency as South America’s largest economy.

Ana Cristina Carvalho, Chair of the Tourism Association at Federation Chambers of Foreign Trade (FCCE) of Brazil, shared in an interview with China News Network that this year, which marks the 50th anniversary of Brazil-China diplomatic ties, has seen significant progress in bilateral relations. In particular, enhanced diplomatic relations have made travel between the two countries more accessible.

Ana further noted that this year’s G20 in Rio offers a comprehensive platform for participants to discuss topics such as health, education, and urban quality of life. “这些生态浮岛主要种植品种为水生空心菜，通过植物根系的吸附和吸收作用改善水质。”当阳王店镇小流域综合治理分管负责人陈艳兵说，玉泉河流域推行河塘同治，强化分类治理推动源头管控bob·半岛，通过水面种菜、水下养鱼的“鱼菜共生”方式，消解坑塘中超标的总氮、总磷，实现塘清水净。同时，结合玉泉河河道岸坡治理，当阳利用现有水塘，打造出集生态、防洪、灌溉、休闲为一体的绿色生态景观。

玉泉河河道两旁，一块块宽阔平整的大田块连结成片。“小流域综合治理是一项系统工程，除了河道治理，还要推进农业现代化，实现生态美、产业强、百姓富。”陈艳兵介绍，为破解承包地“小、散、乱”难题，玉泉河流域依托高标准农田建设项目，推行“小田并大田”模式，促进农业规模化、集约化发展。目前，田块平均面积由2.3亩变为8.3亩，带动1240名农民增收。
